In this issue of the project newsletter, we would firstly like to give you an update on the progress of the evaluation process of the 2nd OSCARS Open Call and when we aim to finalise it.
The great response received from the scientific community across Europe and beyond has shown the success of the OSCARS Open Calls, as also declared by the principal investigators of the projects funded via the 1st Open Call in a questionnaire sent in the first half of 2025. We have released an article with an overview of the main reasons why to apply, and the benefits of the cascading grant funding mechanism adopted in OSCARS.
The Summer break has further inspired us to produce and publish a set of articles about the progress and achievements in each of the OSCARS' work packages, which we report in this issue. Also, you can read on Zenodo the first articles of a series dedicated to the thematic areas to which OSCARS, its funded projects and the Science Clusters contribute to.
